[gtkmm] Making .so or .dll with gtkmm

Hi,

  I'm making a project where I have a login window as first
window. After logged in, the user will have access to a
specific window, which I call "module".
  I want to create this modules as .so (Linux) or .dll
(Windows), but how do I do this?
