[gtkmm] Imminent libgnomeuimm 2.0 API freeze

I've made up my mind. I'm going to remove the (unstable) libbonobouimm
dependency from libgnomeuimm and freeze the API. This means that methods
such as Gnome::UI::App::get_dock() will use C types instead of the C++ type
from libbonobouimm. It's very few methods, and I don't think it will affect
anybody.
I have made the changes already and I'll check them in soon. This is your
last chance to tell us that some other part of the API is broken.
Remember, that most of this stuff will gradually move down in GTK+/gtkmm in
future. The new one-true-way menu and toolbar stuff in GTK+/gtkmm 2.4 should
make the whole GNOME API much more sane.
