[gtkmm] Debug on win32

Hi,

  I want to know how do I do to debug GTKmm on win32 with
Dev-C++ and the last MinGW's version.
  I try with defaul instalation of GTK+ and GTKmm following
links in http://www.pcpm.ucl.ac.be/~gustin/win32_ports,
which stay in GTKmm's home page.
