[gtkmm] gtkmm's documentation

Hi Murray!

Could you please post a short summary of how the documentation
of gtkmm should be completed? Which parts of the docs can be generated
automatically from gtk's docs and what part of this system still has
to be implemented? What else is left to do? (Maybe it would be best to
open a bug on bugzilla about the documentation?!)
