For the latest cvs version of libglade try:
cvs -d :pserver:anonymous anoncvs gnome org:/cvs/gnome login
cvs -d :pserver:anonymous anoncvs gnome org:/cvs/gnome co libglade

And for glade:
cvs -d :pserver:anonymous anoncvs gnome org:/cvs/gnome co -r 
glade-gnome2-branch glade
