Done.  The patch defined a m4 macro to check for this case, then defines 
the preprocessor symbox CXX_MEMBER_FUNCTIONS_MEMBER_TEMPLATES.  I'm using 
config.h for the define; should I use g(lib|dk|tk)/g(lib|dk|tk)mmconfig.h 
instead?
