[GtkGLExt] GtkGLExt has new maintainers!

Hi,

I am happy to announce that the gtkGLext package has new maintainers.
Actually, two maintainers : Ralf Corsepuis and myself (Stéphane Brunet).
During these upcoming weeks and months, we would like to modernize the
gtkGLExt package so that it could better fit in today's computing world.

Even if some points have already been discussed in the past weeks or
months, we are interested in having suggestions and comments on possible
improvements from the gtkGLExt user and developer community in order to
build a roadmap and wish-list that would fits the needs of the whole
community.

Some of you have already offered some help but other contributors are
also welcomed. Be sure it will be really appreciated.

In the meantime, a new website will be build in order to move it from
its present location (hosted by the former maintainer Tim M. Shead) back
to sourceforge.
