[GtkGLExt] Windows binaries for version gtkglextmm 1.1.0?

I was wondering if there were any Windows binaries for this new version like
the ones provided for gtkglextmm 1.0.1?  Our system administrator is about
to upgrade our Gtk development environment from 1.2 to 2.6.2 and has picked
gtkglextmm 1.1.0 for our OpenGL extension.  This is great for all our SGI
work, however we are using the our internal GTK libraries for Windows
projects as well.  Our primary development environment is MSVC.Net 2002 and
2003 for our windows projects.  Will this even be possible?  I've tried
using MinGW to configure/make to no avail.
