[GtkGLExt] More project takeover request progress

A "heads-up" that sourceforge has approved my project takeover request
for GtkGLExt. From their documentation, it takes 2-3 weeks to complete
the request, I assume that that's to give them time to verify that a
previous maintainer has well-and-truly abandoned a project.
