[GtkGLExt] GtkGlExt-1.2 win32 binaries

I am having absolutely no luck compiling GtkGlExt-1.2 for windows with 
mingw.

It says I need a non-existing packaged called pangox.pc for pkgconfig 
and I am stumped.

I decided to download v1.0.6 because it had a binary distribution for 
windows, but to my dismay it doesn't
seem to be working correctly with glade.  I get this error at runtime:

(main.exe:548): GtkGLExt-CRITICAL **: file gtkglwidget.c: line 247 
(gtk_widget_set_gl_capability): assertion `!GTK_WIDGET_REALIZED 
(widget)' failed


I can't find a win32 binary distribution for GtkGlExt-1.2 anywhere and 
it appears v1.2.0 has been released for almost a year now.
