This patch implements support in gtk-vnc for framebuffer updates

This patch is meant to be used with corresponding server-side
support, as provided by a patch for qemu ui/vnc module:
see http://lists.nongnu.org/archive/html/qemu-devel/2013-01/msg01388.html
I've not had time to look at the code yet, but can you provide a
clear specification of the wire protocol for the new encoding
format. It isn't nice trying reverse engineer it from the code
& it is important to understand the spec to ensure every server
or client implements things the same way.
