[gtk-vnc-devel] [PATCH 0/4] Further MinGW patches

This is a series of four patches which improve MinGW support, up to
the point where I can now usually get gvncviewer.exe to run perfectly.

There is still a race condition which I'm chasing down that happens on
start up (of gvncviewer.exe) and which stops it from opening the
initial window.

However I think that these four patches are worthwhile on their own.
