[gtk-vnc-devel] Building the browser plugin on Fedora 9

Has anyone tried to build the browser plugin on Fedora 9+?

I'm failing to find the npapi.h file which used to be in the
firefox-devel package.  Now firefox-devel & that file have gone and
I'm not sure what replaced them.
