gvncviewer isn't working the way I think it ought to work.  I've 
narrowed it down to this patch.  set_pointer_grab() should not 
unconditionally grab the pointer, but enable the pointer to be grabbed 
in relative mode.

Do you want grab to be completely unconditional?
