[gtk-vnc-devel] install.sh missing

Hi, folks.

There is a bug report in vinagre about install.sh file missing in the
gtk-vnc 0.3 tarball. http://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=503316

I've downloaded it and that's correct. There are some files missing.

There is another bug reported (with patch attached) about a compile
issue in solaris: http://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=503360

With these bugs fixed we could release a 0.3.1 version, what do you
think?
