Cairo patches currently in RT queue

Hi all,

Can anyone take a look at the Cairo patches currently in RT submitted
by Johan Vromans?

They looked fine to me, if someone else concurs within the next day or
two I'd be more than happy to cut a new release of Cairo with the
patch(es) included.
