No Gtk-Perl releases for November

Hi folks,

There have been no new code submissions to the Gtk-Perl repos in the
last month, so there will be no Gtk-Perl releases for the
month of November.

Stay tuned for the release deadline announcement for December, which I
will be sending out shortly.
