No Gtk-Perl releases for September

Hi folks,

There was no new code in the Gtk-Perl repos in the month since the
last release (Glib::IO), so there will not be any Gtk-Perl releases
for the month of September.

Stay tunes for the release deadline announcement for October, which I
will be sending out shortly.
