Gtk3 bindings test suite fails in some environment

Hi,

The full build log is available from:

It seems that some pre-condition for the test suite to succeed is not
satisfied in a minimal, clean build environment as used in this full
Debian archive rebuild. I'm unsure which one.

Anyone willing to have a look?
