Depends on how you define the term "bug". I don't consider
compiler
warnings as bugs per se, but that's my opinion.

Then file a bug against the compiler.
It's either your bug or the compiler bug - as simple as that.
IIRC, Larry Wall once said that warnings are just deferred errors.
