Hi,
Thanks for the reply. No typo.

I originally tried both Gtk::CssProvider and Gtk3::Css::Provider. 
They both give the same error. 

Can't locate object method "provider_load_from_data" via package
"Gtk3::CssProvider"
at /home/zentara/perl5/lib/perl5/x86_64-linux-thread-multi/Glib.pm line 216.
