Overview of changes in Glib::Object::Introspection 0.004

* Properly check for definedness throughout; Use gperl_sv_is_defined
instead of a direct comparison against &PL_sv_undef
* Fix building test libraries on Ubuntu 11.10.

Glib::Object::Introspection uses the gobject-introspection and libffi
projects to dynamically create Perl bindings for a wide variety of
libraries.  Examples include gtk+, webkit, libsoup and many more.
