Maybe CellLayout and TreeSortable could use the CvXSUBANY() thing which
is the ix / INTERFACE_MACRO: stuff. That's designed for xsub code to
have a fixed C func and extra info to use when it runs, is it? Which
would take those two places out of the realm of magic altogether ...
