I just pushed a branch called "gio-support" to our repository:
<http://git.gnome.org/browse/perl-Glib/log/?h=gio-support>. It contains
an initial attempt at GIO bindings via gobject-introspection. It's
still a bit rough around certain edges, but should otherwise be pretty
complete and functional. Code review, bug reports, unit tests, example
programs, etc. are welcome.
