Only it doesn't unless you change

> &make_trunk('.');

to

> &make_trunk('/');

Then it doesn't show the root /, just the subdirectories. And you can't expand them. But that is because the 
root / gets lost somewhere.

Did you try it before posting, or am I missing something?
