Required:

Install gtk2-runtime from http://members.lycos.co.uk/alexv6/ ( you can
get the themes and theme selector as well ).
Then install ActivePerl 5.8.7 from http://www.activestate.com/
Then install the Gtk2 Perl bindings ( via ppm ) from:
http://gtk2-perl.sourceforge.net/win32/ppm/

Nice but not required:

libglade dlls from http://gladewin32.sourceforge.net/
libxml2 dlls from http://www.zlatkovic.com/libxml.en.html

You can register these into your windows system32 folder or into
c:\usr\bin or something. To register them, put them in their destination
( eg the windows system32 folder ) and then copy and paste them on top
of regsvr32.exe.
