Gtk2-1.060 Glib-1.060 PPM Module for Windows

to install type in cmd :
  ppm install http://arnold.4950.net/ajpage/gtkperl/ppm/Glib-1.060.ppd
  and
  ppm install http://arnold.4950.net/ajpage/gtkperl/ppm/Gtk2-1.060.ppd

be sure you have uninstall old versions  (ppm remove Gtk2, ppm remove Glib)

works with:
ActiveState distribution of perl (ActivePerl-5.8.3.809-MSWin32-x86)
and with binaries (DLLs and executables) from
http://www.gimp.org/~tml/gimp/win32/downloads.html (you don't need the
DEV package
make sure that you set the system PATH correctly
z.B
       unzip the zip files in C:/usr
       set PATH=c:\usr\bin;c:\usr\lib;%PATH%

you may have to download MSVCR70.DLL and put it in winnt\system32

(not tested installer of Gtk2 Glib (DLLs and executables) from
http://members.lycos.co.uk/alexv6/ )
