Gtk2::ComboBoxEntry

From what I can tell, there is no way to bind a TreeModel to a 
ComboBoxEntry after it's created; you can only set the model at creation 
time. Is this right?

I'd like use Glade to drop the ComboBoxEntry into place, and then create 
the model and bind it at run-time.
Is there any way to do this?
