libglib-perl fails to build from source on mips(el), ia64 and alpha

Heya,

The Debian buildds tried to build my new package of Glib-Perl 1.021 tonight
and ran into some problems...

ia64 and alpha had problems to create the documentation. You can get a

I'm sorry, but i have no idea what happened there...

Both mips and mipsel couldn't run test 9, a build log is available at

The Gtk2-Perl 1.023 build had no problems.
