Gtk2 1.023 (stable)

This new stable release of the Perl bindings for gtk+-2.0 fixes  
compilation and portability issues for 64-bit x86 platforms, and fixes  
the utf8 handling on Gtk2::MessageDialog.

As usual, the code is available from the sourceforge releases page.

For cvs users, the tag to grab is rel-1-02-3 on gtk2-perl-xs/Gtk2.

It is recommended that you upgrade to Glib-1.021 before compiling Gtk2  
1.023.
