How can I tell when a text arg to a widget supports pango
markup?
Anything that on the C side of things can take a PangoAttrList.
Not sure exactly how that translates to Gtk2-Perl.
Does GtkTextBuffer?
No.
I think labels do.
Indeed.
Does any text inserted into a widget support Pango?
No. Although unless I'm way off it is usually possible to use
GtkLabel instead of taking the shortcut methods, in which case
you can of course use Pango markup.
