Gtk2::Simple::Tree (preview)

don't do anything with it other than look and play if you're curious.
it's way to early to develop anything meaningful with it:

it should work with just about any post 1.0 rel of gtk2-perl, but i
haven't tested that theory out. it requires no build or install, just cd
into the dir and run the two scripts there.

none of the Gtk2::Simple::Tree pkg stuff will work right now (which
includes the check-boxes in the example, that is all to come. 

this is only a preview of how the tying works. comments welcome.
GtkSimpleTree.t has an exhaustive, but perhaps hard to follow tied tree
manipulation example.
