I tested these on my own system, they seemed ok. As usual, please let me
know if there are any problems.

Regarding stable, I've run into a snafu; stable has perl 5.6, and
gtk2-perl requires 5.8. I don't think there is sufficient interest
anyway, as it would require installing at least 3 backports to stable,
which makes it not very stable anymore :)
