slight website makeover

as an excuse to learn xml parsing and rss, and also to reduce the amount
of effort required to maintain the gtk2-perl website, i hooked the rss
feed from the sourceforge page into the news section of the main page. 
this includes links to the sourceforge forum, which includes the
features you'd expect from a forum, in sourceforge's own inimitable
style.
