gtk2-perl-x: please test new utf8 support

i added the typemaps borup mentioned, and also two new functions, newSVGChar
and SvGChar, to be used for gchar* handling in place of newSVpv and SvPV_nolen
in those nasty crevices places where the typemaps can't reach.


those of you who use utf8 strings, please try to break this and let me know
what you find.  the code is in CVS as of about five minutes ago.


note that guchar* has *not* changed and should not change.



the last two steps remaining before we can make an actual release are renaming
G to Glib and ensuring that the modules build and test separately; i'm being
pulled in about ten directions at once right now, so i can't get to it today,
but i hope to get to it by next week.
