Porting Guide

I've been following the discussions on this list for a few months now and 
I haven't seen this subject come up. Will there be a porting guide to 
assists developers converting their old Gtk1 apps to Gtk2? There is a 
porting guide for C but I don't know C so it's no use to me.

If there isn't, perhaps someone could write one? ;-)
