Some MenuBar or MenuShell example needed

Hi there. I need some examples about this Menu* things. I see the gtk-demo in 
gtk2-perl-xs but it was too complicant. 

I need a simple very simple example about menus. Ex. this: File |- Open - Save    
Settings|- global - local 

Anyone could send me some very simple menu creation example ?
