this is related to this previous post:

rather than hack up the spec files make install step i fixed
find-debuginfo.sh and submitted a patch. which should be included in the
next rpm release. if you're in the habit of building (any) perl rpms
then you may want to upgrade when it's released and/or apply the patch
until then.
