Gtk2::SimpleMenu is now part of Gtk2.
it's an initial version right now, pod and a test is still to come.
there's an example of usage, examples/simple_menu.pl.
feedback welcome. please try it out and let me know what you think.
it makes creating a full blown app menu pretty simple. accelerators are
now fully supported.
