Gtk2 0.93 and some file shuffling

just released this week's bugfix release of the Gtk2 module.

along with this, i've undertaken a rearrangement of sourceforge downloads
page.  if you were subscribing to the gtk2-perl-xs package, you won't get a
release notification, because the packages are now arranged by module.  this
has the drawback that most of the old versions will have to be moved by hand,
but that seems rather pointless so you'll only see the latest versions on the
downloads page.

it's all very confusing, because i didn't understand the layout when i started
releasing gtk2-perl-xs.  with any luck, this should clear things up.

also, when you make new debs, rpms, or any form of package, email me with a
link to it so i can add it to the release for that version of that module.
