gtkperl and windows

Hello,

I want to make my program work under Windows. I use ActivePerl as Perl
Interpreter. I did not found the Gtk libraries, neither a Windows
gtkperl Version.

Can someone provide me with steps necessary to get this to work? Or is
it not possible.
