Hi all,
I see that 'perl Makefile.PL && make' works now. In case nobody has
come across this, 'make test' copies all the *.pm files correctly and
seems to set up @INC to point to _Inline/lib (many times) but every Gtk2
call fails with the message below.
t/041_Gtk2_Window....NOK 4# Test 4 got: '__FAIL'
(/home/dermot/Devel/CVS/sourceforge/gtk2-perl/blib/lib/Gtk2/Test.pm at line
289)
# Expected: '__OK' (Test was ['new(Gtk2::Window::TOPLEVEL)']
Gtk2::Window->new(Gtk2::Window::TOPLEVEL) failed: Can't locate
auto/Gtk2/Window/new.al in @INC (@INC contains:

I don't understand the MakeMaker modules enough to know why it is failing
but the tests in t/ work fine with normal perl calls and the widgets are
all compiled OK.
