Render PDF or PostScript?

I have a perl script in which I'd like to have a window show a PDF or
PostScript doc and be able to page through it: kinda like a manual
viewer. The closest thing I can find is ghostscript.pm. Is there a way
to do it in Gtk? Has anyone built a Gtk-perl front end for ghostscript.pm?
Any pointers would be appreciated!
