ANNOUNCE: pimPAQ framework preview 0.1

Hello!

I did not know what name I choose to this version, because it is
currently far from usable. The reason why I want to announce it is that
most of the design decisions have been made, and the architecture seems
mostly clear right now.

pimPAQ framework preview 0.1 features:

* Custom widget and applications for Date and Time selection
* Locale support for date and time styles
* Category Selector application and custom widget
* Category Editor
* Very fast glade file loading (thanks to the Gtk::Perl
  maintainer, lupus)
* It runs only the desktop right now (I don't have any iPAQ to test on
  it right now)!

Internals:

* Support for custom widgets (parameter parsing)
* Support for DBI databases, currently mysql is tested
* Support for multiple instances of multiple windows
* Support for multiple application running in the same process

Planned:
* Sync support

(note: set background color to black in your favourite image viewer
to see it).

Download it from the handhelds.

Installation:

Download and install perl, Gtk-perl, Time::HiRes, DBI, DBD::mysql,
Date::Calc.

create a mysql table, set the db_init in "todo.pl" for the appropriate
settings, run the "*.my.sql" sql scripts, and run "todo.pl".
