Patch for stippled items on the canvas

Hello,

I had a need for using stippled polygons on the Gnome Canvas, and
found that it didn't work in Gtk-Perl-0.7006. The following patch
solved the problem. Could someone please apply it to the CVS tree?
How do I go about getting CVS write access, btw?

I am also including a small test program that shows how stipples are
used.
