[gtk-osx-users] error with icu module

The icu module does not build. I saw this error message while trying
to build gtk+3:
/usr/libexec/gcc/powerpc-apple-darwin8/4.0.1/libtool: unknown option
character `r' in: -rpath
Is there a fix for this issue?
