Please remember to copy the list on all replies. The code is in ~/.jhbuildrc and it's called from ~/.jhbuildrc-custom. There are plenty of examples showing how to call it in the template .jhbuildrc-custom that was installed by gtk-osx-build-setup.sh; if you happened to delete that you can find it at https://github.com/jralls/gtk-osx-build/blob/master/jhbuildrc-gtk-osx-custom-example.
