Looks like Apple isn’t including curses.h in /usr/include, only in the SDK’s usr/include. You can
either put it in the skip list if you don’t need it or specify the SDK of your choice—which
would be 10.8 or 10.9 on Mavericks unless you pull in an older one from an earlier version of
Xcode—when calling setup_sdk().
