Hi John,

that's the option I was referring to - it seems like it's no longer 
available in jhbuild since you upgraded it:

lumpy:gramps waider$ jhbuild bootstrap --ignore-system
Usage: jhbuild bootstrap [ options ... ] [ modules ... ]

jhbuild: error: no such option: --ignore-system
