I guess *you* still are! ;-)
I've tried to make sure that any changes *I* make are Tiger-compatible, or at least turn themselves off gracefully. Kristian Reitveld did the same. Some others are sometimes careless and forget. It's reasonable to file a bug when you find something that breaks on Tiger.
OTOH, I don't know how many people are still using Tiger, and some packages (WebKitGtk being the first) have never built on it.
